Rice & Roux is a Fast-Casual style restaurant that specializes
in
"simple" country style Cajun food served fresh, hot,
and fast. This is the the style of Cajun food common to the bayous,
prairies and marsh lands of South Louisiana.
You won't find any fancy big city dishes here like you would find in
New Orleans. Our specialty is Jambalaya and Gumbo,
but we also have crawfish pies, boudin, beans and rice, and daily lunch
special such as crawfish etouffee or fried catfish.
Fresh brewed Community Tea and Coffee.
Rest and Relaxation to a Cajun is sitting down to a big plate of
Jambalaya (the rice part), or a big bowl of Gumbo (the roux part)
